Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band primarily based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years chum, Spencer Smiths (drums), consisting of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
